Distribution list file
Please, could you help us to know what people are in what distribution group? We are using Office Also, tell us any solution on how to export distribution list members from Office Thanks in advance. I have a distribution list which contains around 10, members inside.
If I run a PowerShell command, only will be shown out of them. May be I am making mistakes at some points. Please, suggest me the best way to export a list of members from the Exchange Online distribution list. Any help or leads will be greatly appreciated. Very good answer, but of course it brings me to another question. Can you list all the other cmdlets? What I would like to show in the csv is first name, last name, department, email, mobile phone, home phone, manager, Office, Street, City, State, Country, Title, Notes. I see how you did it, so all I need is the cmdlets for the above. Once you get the csv spreadsheet it can be sorted by any column. You can also do a save as and save the csv as an excel spreadsheet.
But I can't get the CSV list without running Powershell scripts, which is back to the original problem. The example is simple if you want a distribution list. However, I want all the data for each contact in this distribution list not just names and email addresses.
We have too many contacts in our contact list so I only want a selected few. I created a group, however, your instructions above only provide names and email addresses.
